I noticed some black spots forming on my Fish Posion Tree "Barringtonia asiatica". I was wondering if i should be concerned and if anybody knew what they were. The spots are very transparent and a lot thinner than the surrounding leaf.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now.
