Those are beautiful flowers. Is it a tree? I would have guessed vine. Can you post more photos of the leaves and the whole plant? Does this plant live in Florida?

My first thought was maybe Corkscrew Vine (Vigna caracalla)

My first thought was that I was seeing the tendrils of a vine in the photo but if it is a tree, Robinia is a good possibility!

Thanks all! I have some answers. It's a vine and in Mexico. My sister-in-law shared this photo with me. I have not seen it in person myself.
