Plant ID forum: These shrubs at Epcot?

There were a lot of neat, Winter plants around Disney world when I visited this weekend — great big displays of dusty miller and pointsettias around the entrance... I doubt that helps any though because these plants I saw outside of the Finding Nemo ride don't seem to be winter or seasonal.

They were very tubular... kind of like a succulent maybe?
