'Bandit Man' is a dormant tetraploid introduced in 1979 by Stevens-D.. No additional information is known about this hybridizer.

Bandit Man is a mid-season bloomer. It has earned the following AHS awards: Honorable Mention: 1985 and JC: 1979. It is both pod and pollen fertile with 15 registered children: http://garden.org/plants/paren...
