I'm sure I answered this a couple days ago. I'm not sure what your tiny green bugs are but next time you water your plants, add some insecticidal soap to the pitcher. Keep doing that until you don't see any more bugs. Soil insects are usually caused by over-watering so maybe ease up on the amount of water you are giving them.
