I used to have a planter that was similar in measurements. I put a prostrate Rosemary in it. It grew up tall and tumbled down the sides and looked very nice when it was blooming. I tried to look up the needed zones, but am not finding them in the database. I'm not sure if it would make it during Edgewood winters. Do you see any of it growing around your area?
