Sometimes brighter light brings out color in succulents.
I think it looks very healthy and urge you do NOT repot now. The size it is in is the right size. I like to find a solid pot that the plastic fits in nicely, Then, take it to the sink to water, let drip till done, put back in solid pot, no more than once a week probably.
Plant it and they will come.
