Some beauties that all of you are posting.
Fred, I agree on the one you think is awesome.
Variegated foliage
Regina with all you have to work with, I know great babies will show up in your seedling beds.
The last post has 4 tets and the rest are dips.
Ashton makes lots of seeds, he is the kid for (kidfishing). He used to make some fun of my crosses until they started blooming. He will tell you that I will cross flowers that nobody would try. I made up this handle (kidfishing) when Ashton was 9 to use on the auction. He has taken to it everywhere else. He is now 17, so that is how long we have been at this.
Although it can be lots of work, it is just experimenting and the garden is the lab. Some people say to see what worked for someone else and try it. I say find something that nobody else has tried and try the new thing. That is one reason I like to collect flowers that are not widely grown and to use our own seedlings.
Thanks everyone.. some great people on here for sure. I really appreciate the different things everyone is doing with daylilies. I like all shapes, sizes, and bloom forms.
