Agree they are aphids, the little legs are visible in the pic. If they are just at the tips of a branch or two, trimming off the part of the plant that is affected can easily get rid of them.
Also agree, if they are manually removed with water, and maybe some help from your fingers, no chems are needed. I've never lost a plant to aphids or used anything but water.
