There seems to be a whole lot missing in the books on growing Peonies. I would like to see one written by a gardener on the Growth habits of peonies.
Many of the books show us the pretty pictures, but I would like to know what peonies do and at what temperature etc.
I expect some commercial growers are reluctant to spread knowledge, because if we all could propagate peonies easily----then we could trade just like we trade seeds.
