I have spotted them on the soil line of my herbs in containers inside. also I have seen them on the rim of the pot.
I planted on 4/23/18. I have tried Horticulture oil (Neem Oil). Yellow sticky cards. Last year I had a fungal gnat issue, so I keep the cards up! It is NOT fungal gnats.
Is it ok to use Seven Dust Spray???
