I recently bought a variegated burgundy rubber plant. Since bringing it home, the bottom leaves have dropped and the edges have become brown and crispy. Some of the spots are white and crisp causing the leaves to split. I have repotted it in cactus soil and the roots were not rotten but I have a tendency to over water. It has 5 new leaves but they are not uncurling.
