I don't think these mustard greens. Mustard greens have slightly different shaped leaves.
The leaves are about 12" by 12". The plant itself is a 6 feet by 8 feet "patch" of plants. Leaf shape is similar to Ligularia dentata but the leaves are larger than any Ligularia dentata I've seen.
