Ok yes, this is the same situation that occurs with a few other people. There are extensions or addons in their browser that for some strange reason inserts extra HTML stuff into the name of the photo as it gets added. I have a nightly script that goes through and cleans up any that happened during the previous 24 hours.

I just ran that script manually and it cleaned this one up, so all is well.

If you see this again, it'll likely resolve itself within 24 hours.
