Could it be The Yeoman or Ellen? The colour, fragrance strength, and height are right for either but they both are supposed to have full blooms of up to 40 petals. Ellen is available but I didn't buy it last year because it is not supposed to be a strong grower, but if that is what this rose is I will grab it this season.
