Welcome! you would need to post a pic of the pepper before a positive ID could be made. Pepper plants are not male or female, they are both, thus self pollinating. Bees can help, but not needed. If you are interested in attracting bees, look on the net for lists of bee plants. If you don't have fruits on your peppers, you may be using a fertilizer too high in nitrogen.
