It would have been better to have it in a plastic pot set inside the ceramic planter. Long term that will be a problem and become an issue that will manifest itself in the leaves, a shame as that's what's so beautiful about them. Most of mine are outside on the front porch or back patio and are in minimum one gallon pots.
