Sadly it wasn't packed well. It arrived with two other smaller plants that I had ordered. None of which were taped down to the box and no packing materials to keep them from moving. Dirt everywhere! I had ordered from them before and received happy established plants in the past so I trusted them again. Never again! I have found another vendor that is much more reliable, affordable, and knows how to pack!
