I hope that this is the right forum for this question. Four months ago, I took three cuttings from an African Violet of sentimental value to me. It's a descendant from a plant I got from my father before he passed away over 40 years ago. The parent plant was healthy. The cuttings are all in pots, in plastic bags, as is commonly done with violets. I've done this myself several times. As an experiment, I put one cutting under lights where I grow orchids (not overly bright) and the other two on window sills where they get light but not direct sun. Four months later, each of the three leaves I used for the cuttings looks exactly as it did when this began. There's no sign of new plants, but no sign of decline either. This seems like a long time. Any advice other than "keep waiting". Thanks.
