Have had this plant for three years now and it has not flowered once, not even a bud! When I bought it, from a private house, I was shown its double in the garden. That plant had yellow flowers. My question is,does anyone know what it is? Might it be a yellow Peony? Most of all, whatever plant it is, will it ever flower?
