I'm not sure if you've been rotating the plant, but maybe it has been growing toward the light. At this point it will keep growing sideways, but maybe (depending on the species) you could have avoided or delayed the lean with regular rotation. Just a thought. I think the plant will be fine. You might consider putting something underneath to support it, so it doesn't pull itself out of the pot.
