I belong to a community garden in Chicago. Last year we had a problem with potato beetles. This year we are finding the beetles on eggplants and squash. Currently, we are manually killing these beetles. We are going to try using Neem oil. I have never used that and don't know how effective that will be. Can you suggest another organic solution? Should we remove all eggplants and squash so we can, hopefully, save our tomatoes?

Thank you.
