It sounds like a very unreliable seller if they will not take your photo of proof that the plant is in such bad shape and not salvageable. If you spend the money to mail it back, there's still no guarantee that they will replace it, or refund your money.
I'm curious as to the name of the vendor, perhaps others here have had experience with them too and can share their experience. Is there anyplace online with reviews for the company??
