Having grown a number of generations of Iris gracilipes over the last dozen or more years, starting with 'Cobblewood Charm' (medium blue), over those year the newer generation of seedlings are showing color variations.

This is a 4-year old "patch" started in 2016, where I planted out about 20 seedlings within an 18" circle. There are 4 colors seen in this view taken late May 2020.

There are two different pale shades, here's my favorite "pale amethyst with gold veining". To be named and introduced.

Near-white selection, has a light lilac wash on the segments, and slightly deeper lilac style arms, and light gold veining.

View of the near-white selection in the center, with my pale amethyst selection on the right, and the deep purple with strong emphatic veining on the left, which is closely expressing the typical gracilipes form as one parent of 'Cobblewood Charm'.

Pure white selection, with short gold veining
