The new plants usually bloom nicely for a couple of weeks before they're eventually killed by frost. yellow and white wildflowers (wild daisies, and bastard cabbage) beautifully blanket the pastures from late summer-fall, so we do not mow our 42 acres except inside the fenced cabin yard. We're leasing it for 12 Brangus to graze on,Once you get the borage to grow it will self seed forever!
