Why hurt them at all?
Will acrylic paint stick to aloe ? I fear it would be blotchy at best. Not aesthetic.
Why don't you stick to painting pots and not risk hurting plants?

Yeah somewhere I wanted to give it a try myself instead of buying the painted ones from the market. However, now I think I better go with pot painting. Yeah! That might be for the best.
