the other reviews very clearly state that this tree is invasive in the US. There are users from different countries who use this site. It is generally not good practice to label a plant invasive of itself. That will depend on where it is grown and the conditions. No one has 'promoted' this tree.
I believe you are also the user (?) that posted this very similar comment on this post?
Multiple users on that very post also pointed out that this tree is invasive in many areas. There were even other commenters who mentioned the spotted lantern fly.
