Thanks Lucy, for saying what I was hoping was the case regarding the contact vs. smothering dilemma. Members here who have been around a while know I am a stickler for false statements. Notwithstanding Catpaworchids's definition, any horticulturist
in the world would categorize pesticidal oils as contact pesticides.
