Well, this was an "oops" moment for me. Turns out that this is not a valid cultivar plant, and it's just an inventory name used solely by Annie's Annuals. DG seems to be in error to list it as a cultivar and it hasn't been listed in our database for this reason.
I'm going to delete the new plant entry and just move the images over to the species. I'd suggest you add into the caption that this is the plant that Annie's Annuals refers to as Scarlet.
