The flower shape is all wrong for Celadine, so I don't think that is it.
I am very hesitant to identify a plumeria from a single picture, unless it is a clear cut ID, in the case of something like Ammaron's Curly White or Madame Poni. But there are many white plumeria with yellow centers, and since it came from Hawaii 30 years ago it could be almost anything. Just enjoy your lovely bloom!
