Garden Sages Million Pollinator Garden Challenge Plant Identifier
The first looks like Nandina, the second looks like privet ( ligustrum japonicum ) Both poisonous invasives.
While the birds do indeed eat the Nandina berries... Those cyanide berries have been in the news due to them killing the poor hungry birds who had nothing else to eat...

And... The privet berries don't do the birds any favors either...
