I’ve grown up in Southern California my whole life, my family going back multiple generations have lived here. My favorite animal are raccoons, I don’t know why people always say they’re mean. They are not, I used to have multiple raccoons visit my old yard and they are actually very gentle. Any animal including humans can be mean, especially if defending oneself or loved ones. I live with my boyfriend and my half maincoon black cat Stinky, who I share a special bond with. I love birds and bird watching. I've got multiple hummingbird feeder's, as well as plants that appeal to them and other pollinators. I live in an apartment but my yard is a fairy good size for an apartment. I have well over 200 plants. I especially have an affinity for roses, salvia’s, plants for pollinators including milkweeds, cottage garden plants, cuphea, Iochroma, brugmansia, fragrant plants, tropical plants, house plants especially aroids, hoyas, succulents and cacti, native plants, flowers, flowers, flowers...basically anything SHOWY, and so many more. I just love PLANTS!!! I also enjoy propagating plants by cuttings and seed.I enjoy science, history, reading. I try my best to be in constant pursuit of knowledge, by reading, asking questions and so on. I truly love nature and wildlife above all else. Hopefully one day the world will wake up and protect our planet like we should be.
