Got about a foot of snow up here in the Poconos. Places south of us got anywhere from a foot to 2 feet. NY was pretty much CLOSED DOWN by 2:30 yesterday afternoon. No mass transit, railroad, roads closed, and many stores closed up early. NY, DC, PHILLY, and points south got hammered.
Today sunny, cold, and a bit less windy. Roads are pretty good (plowing went on all day yesterday) stores open.
Been feeding the deer, birds, etc.
Also took a ride and took some nice snowscene photos.
