Started on this last fall to be a sedum rock garden. This spring I thought it needed a little color. Have added a few Ice Plants, Vinca, Viola, a Dianthus and a pink heronsbill. Also had DH prune back the fir so I could put hosta and heuchera under it. Trial and error to see which plants will take a half day of morn. sun. A work in progress. Need to take out some of the sedums about to overgrow their space.
Blue Bird, Solar Spice, Sunsplash, and Sea mist. The Barn Nursery also had Lime Twist didn't buy it, currently looks to much like Sea Mist.
Note to self: take in cuttings of Lemon Ball, Linear, Coral Reef, didn't make it this winter in their hypertufa pots
UPDATE Linear and Coral Reef did pop up in other places. Lemon Ball is gone.
New treasure found today
looking over sedums yesterday and found a different colored sport growing from a stem of Tricolor.. Potted to see if it will grow. I've had 2 other sports on other sedum but none ever took off.
