Save Money: Buy Clearance Plants

I find myself looking at clearance racks more often these days, especially after I discovered I can easily make them into beautiful plants for a fraction of the original price. All it takes is a little tender loving care.

I look for healthy plants, which I know will go well with my garden collection. Often, they may just be finished with their initial bloom and will recover as beautiful additions to my garden.

I bought this Daisy for $5. The container looks good; it contains 5 healthy plants, but all of the original blooms are gone. There are still two buds just starting to grow.

My husband thought these were dead! I insisted they were healthy, but just needed a little TLC.

As you can see, clearance plants can be a great buy!
