Light needed for germination. Azalea style, double petals on ht. 26–36". Lush, fluffy, Victorian style to this snapdragon in Group 3–4 "main season" or "all season". AAS winner.

Flowers are edible, a lovely, if slightly bitter garnish for salads, desserts, and drinks. Use sparingly.

February 2, 2022: Seeds sown (Winter Sown in jug, from saved seed from previous year. )
February 24, 2023: Seeds sown (Winter sowed in Dixie Cups in WS tote currently in greenhouse. Note: Group 3-4, all season snapdragon.)
March 5, 2023: Seeds sown (Madame Butterfly Bronze, Swallowtail Seeds, planted indoors in cell pack trays, no heat mat suggested. Keep at 50-65 degrees for germination.)
May 2, 2023: Transplanted (Transplanted several to root trainer containers in greenhouse.)
May 22, 2023: Transplanted (Bought three plants at Argus on May 21st. Planted them in the front yard Star Magnolia garden.)
