Did "ok" in this spot in 2022. Growing on for 2023. Will fertilize and mulch. Little bothered in 2021 by pests and diseases. One at CSS was small. May need more room to do well, or need a couple years to grow bigger.

April 26, 2022: Obtained plant (Purchased at Aldi's. After reading the good reviews, planning to go and purchase one more.) April 29, 2022: Transplanted (Planted at CSS Project Grow garden. ) May 14, 2022: Transplanted (Planted a second Westerland at home, backyard, by Ninebark shrub) March 13, 2024: Plant emerged (Growing ok in this spot in 2023. Will see how it grows in 2024.)
