VERY EARLY SPRING (Jan-Feb)
"honey-scented flowers blanket the ground in a carpet of shimmering gold. They flower at the same time as snowdrops, and are the perfect choice in the lawn, a rock garden or under shrubs and trees. They naturalize easily by self-seeding"
Native to damp woodland and shady places in Eurasia. Will naturalize under deciduous shrubs and trees. One of the first flowers of the new year.
