one in Moon Garden south;
great plant, some color contrast with some degree of dark purplish stems; will throw seedlings if not deadheaded;
In 2022 the main plant died, but it appears to have self-rooted itself in 4 spots; I left 3 in place (though they should be dug/transplanted, and re-centered properly), and potted 1 in a 1 gal pot for transplant elsewhere (which subsequently died).

Throws seedlings if not deadheaded.

Unclear now if the potted 'Lucerne' is purely that, or is a mixture (or has been replaced by) seedlings. Seedlings have self-sown into other pots.

Tried transplanting to ground 'Lucerne' but the one that I tried it with, died.

May have spread around by now; alternatively, may have also died out. Keeping this for historical note.

Received 1 plant from Joy Creek Nursery, in their final sale Nov 2021;
Bloom early June 2022; really lovely purplish bloom; strong lemon thyme fragrance;
Variegation difficult to see (this may be a seasonal thing?), flowers not the same color as described by other growers, and the foliage (sans flowers) seems to grow to more than 3", so it is unclear if this cultivar is true or not (but desirable regardless)
July 2023, plant mostly looking brown and dead, but still some green parts; attempted to root in water to propagate the plant

one survivor in side yard west shade bed;
may have eventually died, either due to redwood root competition, or rabbit predation

Three plants between the Moon Garden and the main walkway.
Obtained from secretgardengrowers.com .
This is a true garden treasure, and a better white society garlic than 'Alba'. Blooms May (maybe late April) into October in SF Bay Area.
Take this one when we move!

Various Near 40 locations, from various sources
The ones in the Moon Garden raised bed were bought by myself at nursery, under the label 'Silver Leaf' (maybe that was a mistake?)

The rest of the variegated society garlic plants were planted by the landscapers
