Package says purple blooms. Compare to see if it is Chedlow cultivar. Note it is a biennial, leaves in first year and flowers & seed pods the second. After flowering, it dies. Self seeds readily, will colonize. Prefers part shade and moist soil. |

I grew this cultivar awhile ago in the back yard, very pretty bloom. Obtained seed, large packet from Harris Seed to grow it in earnest for the cutting garden for for market bouquet arrangements.
