lauribob's Plant List: Z5

A note from lauribob
I am not interested in selling or trading live plants. I do save seeds once in awhile and would be willing to trade those.

These were at the corner of the garage but couldn't compete with grass trying to move in. Became overrun with sod. 2019: I am moving them to in front of the wagon and added 4 more plants.

Z5: I had this for years. It was taking over the garden. I gave it away to everyone. I don't know if there is any left at all. I've even replanted it and it just doesn't want to be here anymore.
2021: I got another sack of them from Van B. I keep trying. Oopsy. It's August and I forgot to plant these. I'll probably throw them in the ground anyway, but don't have high hopes. Dang.

Tiny little things - I'm not too impressed.

Not sure which ones these are. They are greatly diminished and need to be replaced. I did have some 'Belladonna' here as well, but I don't know what is remaining.

Purple Spurge (Euphorbia dulcis 'Chameleon')

2022: Not robust, but these things come back every year.
2004: I planted this somewhere in this garden. Not 100% sure this is what is here under the kitchen window, but it seems the most likely. The other choice was 'Redwing' which is only hardy to z6. (planted in 07 somewhere in this garden) Maybe I planted both of them here for all I know.

This stuff does really well here. I love the jolly yellow in the spring, and it seems to be wanting to spread in the Z5 garden.

It's not 100% gone, but I've got this under control in the rock garden. Just keep pulling up the little ones as they appear. I'm leaving it across the walk, but cutting it back as it tries to go everywhere.

Z5:
2021: I think it might be gone
2018: Planted 1 between hydrangea and peony.

GH:
2022: Planted 1 in GH south side, where the germander was. I was worried it wouldn't get enough water, but it's doing just fine.

Bronze Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare 'Purpureum')

I plant this every couple years. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it doesn't. Easy to start from seed and smells great!
