I've planted both this and John Creech. I have concluded that the one next to the steps has to be this one because of the time frame. I didn't plant JC until 2013 and the one by the steps has been there for much longer than that, probably around 2002. | |

I've had mixed luck with these and they're slow to spread for me. 2020 - Planted 1 - behind the water 2018 - Planted 3 - E end, L of preacher, by the sidewalk (E end is gone) 2017 - 1 R of the preacher (alive) 2016 - Planted 3 - along the sidewalk, only 1 is alive. 2005 - Planted 1 - unknown, it's gone |
