The name aptly describes this south and east-asian herb. Basically like a light mint-coriander with a touch of fish oil. Seafood lovers are probably going to enjoy this healthy herb in any dish where you need fishiness with a bit of a spicy herbal zing. In my experience, roughly 25% of people with western-european tastes like it, while more than 50% of people who generally like Asian food can tolerate it. Typically added in Vietnamese spring rolls (rice-wraps).

Also known as Vietnamese Plantain, Obako, and Arnoglossa. Used in many Japanese soups and Vietnamese shrimp soup. It tastes somewhat like Dandelion and has a "wild" plant green taste. Vietnamese medicinal applications include cleansing of liver and addressing upset stomach. It may have other unknown applications. Seeds can be grinded and used as laxative. This was an unusual plant that a Vietnamese lady gave to me, and I am growing several as per the picture indicated.

Taken back to the states from foraging in wild France. Sour & tart tasting for savory dishes and used in Southeast Asian cooking as a "wrap". Pairs with fish very well or adds sourness to any broth.
