  A Quick Review. At this point, you-and your students-have been introduced to all of the parts of a plant. Let's take a moment to look at a diagram of the above- and belowground components of the plant as a review:

Students will be introduced to a great many new plant terms as they explore the life of plants. A fun way to review vocabulary or to assess what they have learned is to construct a crossword puzzle using plant vocabulary. A firm grasp of the terms will certainly help them as they are introduced to even more plant topics.
