Excellent grower, perfect blooms, non fading, great in my zone 4 garden.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Special Candy') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Gorgeous in a clump. Prolific bloomer & multiplier here in my zone 4a garden.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Mapping South Dakota') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Beautiful bloom, however, blooms low to the foliage here in my zone 4a garden.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Spacecoast Scrambled') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Lovely bloom with nice substance. Slow to multiply in my zone 4a garden.

[ Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Stop Flirting') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Lovely, ruffled blooms. Who would have thought that a "grey" iris would be so lovely!

[ Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Society Lady') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Beautiful blooms on this cultivar. Striking in a clump. Nice increaser here in my zone 4a garden.

[ Ivy Geranium (Pelargonium peltatum Contessaâ„¢ Burgundy) | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

A favorite ivy-leaf geranium. Velvety blooms & great grower.

[ Hybrid Hardy Hibiscus (Hibiscus 'Lord Baltimore') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Stunning, huge, dark red blooms on this beauty. Blooms for months here in my zone 4a garden, only stopped by frost. Unfortunately, a choice foodsource of the dreaded Japanese Beetle.

[ Siberian Iris (Iris 'Caesar's Brother') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Prolific multiplier here in my zone 4a garden.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Pinebelt Darkeyes') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Lovely bloom, however slow to multiply in my zone 4a garden. I believe it would be happier further south.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Rhythm and Blues') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Multiplies readily in my zone 4a garden. Large blooms. Blooms low in the foliage, however.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Big City Eye') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Very striking bloom. Looks great in a clump. Multiplies readily in my zone 4a garden.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Electric Mist') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Striking in a clump. Slower to increase in my zone 4a garden.

[ Lily (Lilium 'Lollypop') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

This variety does not hold its color well for me in my zone 4a garden. After the first day open, the flower begins to fade. Extremely prolific, it multiplies like crazy!

[ Japanese Tree Peony (Paeonia x suffruticosa 'Shimane Chojuraku') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

This tree peony is a real favorite with garden visitors. It's large blooms always seem to draw a crowd. After only 3 years in my zone 4a garden, it has grown into a nice specimen. One of my fastest growers, as far as tree peonies go.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Laura Harwood') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

This older cultivar is a real eyecatcher in bloom. Very large blooms that are very striking. Blooms low to the foliage, however.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Antique Nouveau') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Excellent substance, great bud count, tall scapes, good increaser, lovely bloom that holds well. Great all round daylily!

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Susan Weber') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Lovely bloom, but lacking in substance.

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Frieda Allen Jerrell') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Gorgeous in a clump. Great budcount, terrific increaser! This daylily is a mainstay in my zone 4a garden. I will always grow it!

[ Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Light of the World') | Posted on December 3, 2011 ]

Great garden performance. Bud count & increase are wonderful here in my zone 4a garden, as one would expect in a similar climate to Karol Emmerich.
