Caption: Leaves & flowers on this salvia are huge. It has outgrown the pot, but as it kept getting bigger I changed my mind about where to plant it. When I gave it morning sun & dappled shade out of the wind it started blooming like this.

Caption: This rose looked slightly yellow when it first opened and became a beautiful warm white as it opened. According to Weeks Roses, it is "more yellow when cool…more white when warm".

Caption: The flashy variegation on this plant usually comes true from seed. Nearly trouble free for me in CA Zone 9b grown in dappled shade or morning sun. Grows fast and self seeds a little, but has been easy to control. My original plant is over 20 years old.
