Curt Hanson's Crintonic Garden Catalog said: BABYLONIAN PEARL
91 EM 28 SE
PAGODA GODDESS x (ASIAN PEARL x (CONCUBINE / MOLDOVAN 71.7))
A study in refinement and class, BABYLONIAN PEARL’S beauty lies in the quietly understated simplicity of form and color. The flowers are large and triangular, well poised and consistent. Undaunted by the weather, the blooms have smooth, crisp texture and heavy substance. The color is an exceptionally smooth, pristine, pearlescent ivory cream and pink blush. The throat is green. Plant habit is impeccable with extraordinary branching and bud count. Its pedigree represents a wealth of inbred Fay and MacMillan lines and has become integral in my hybridizing.
