I love the bloom on Jolyene Nichole, but the scape is way too short. I could never get rid of it, though, because the blooms have been worth keeping it. They are always perfect! I grew it originally in my zone 5a garden and could barely find the blooms because they were buried in the foliage. I moved it to zone 7a, and they are now tall enough to see. Still too short, but better!

Pay special attention to the height of this plant. It is the shortest one in my garden. So if you are expecting a tall daylily, this is not it.
