Range: northern California south to Baja California. Additional info: the name, from the Greek helios (which means "sun") and anthemon (which means "flower"), refers to its flowers, which open only when under direct sunlight.

This took a while to identify, but it is such a lovely plant that it was worth the effort.
    Have on order.
