I don't think this is anything you can buy! Look carefully at areas of freshly turned over land, a somewhat rocky and wet ground where plants have trouble growing initially. You might see other Lichen as well, look for those with tiny red tops, ( Cladonia cristatella and other Cladonias) called "British soldiers". You might see these nearby.
